IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
By accessing, browsing, or using the Omniversal platform, website, applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Omniversal, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and its subsidiary Kronos Consulting LLC (collectively, "Omniversal," "we," "us," or "our").
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
3.1 Agreement to Arbitrate: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the Services, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration, not in court.
3.2 Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
3.3 Arbitration Location: All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
3.4 MINIMUM DAMAGES PROVISION:
Any individual, organization, corporation, or other entity that initiates legal proceedings against Omniversal or Kronos Consulting LLC in any forum other than binding arbitration, or that fails to comply with these arbitration provisions, shall automatically owe Omniversal a MINIMUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00 USD) in liquidated damages, plus all attorney's fees, court costs, and associated legal expenses.
3.5 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4.1 Dollface Series Copyright: The Dollface book series, including but not limited to all titles, characters, storylines, plots, dialogue, illustrations, cover art, and associated intellectual property, are registered with the United States Copyright Office and are the exclusive property of:

4.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited without express written authorization:
- Reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any content from the Dollface series
- Creation of derivative works based on Dollface characters or storylines
- Commercial use of any Dollface intellectual property
- Unauthorized adaptation of stories for any medium
- Use of AI or automated systems to reproduce or generate content based on Dollface works
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing downloaded or accessed content
4.3 COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT DAMAGES:
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content from the Dollface series or any subsequent series created by Martin Anderson Thomas or Arthur James Kladrvitt shall result in damages of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00 USD)per infraction, which includes but is not limited to:
- Each plagiarized story or portion thereof
- Each unauthorized reference to protected characters
- Each reproduced or distributed illustration
- Each instance of character reproduction or adaptation
- Each distribution of copyrighted material
4.4 Authorized Use: Only Kronos Consulting LLC, as the authorized subsidiary of Omniversal, may reproduce, distribute, or license content from the Dollface series and related works. All other parties must obtain written authorization directly from Martin Anderson Thomas or Kronos Consulting LLC.
4.5 Platform Technology: All technology, software, user interface designs, features, and functionalities of the Omniversal platform (including but not limited to OmniTask, OmniDrive, OmniCall, OmniAsk, OmniSearch, OmniPublisher, OmniAgent, and OmniGrant) are proprietary to Omniversal and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Omniversal provides various digital services through subscription plans:
Free Tier
Limited access to NewsMediaHub and basic features
Basic Plan - $20/month or $222/year
Access to Dollface library and enhanced features
Individual Service - $30/month or $333/year
Access to any ONE service: OmniTask, OmniPublisher, OmniAgent, OmniCall, OmniGrant, OmniDrive, OmniAsk, or OmniSearch
Professional Plan - $100/month or $1,100/year
Full access to ALL services and premium features
⏱ 24-HOUR REFUND WINDOW
6.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds for paid memberships (Basic, Individual Service, Professional, or Educational plans) must be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
6.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@omniversal.ink with your account email and order confirmation within the 24-hour window.
6.3 After 24 Hours: All sales are final after the 24-hour refund window has passed. No refunds will be issued for subscription cancellations made after this period.
6.4 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6.5 Yearly Subscriptions: The 24-hour refund policy applies equally to monthly and yearly subscription purchases. Yearly subscribers who cancel after 24 hours will retain access for the remainder of their annual term but will not receive a prorated refund.
6.6 Free Tier: The free tier requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.
4096-BIT ENCRYPTION ACTIVE
7.1 Encryption: All data transmitted to and from the Omniversal platform is protected with 4096-bit encryption technology.
7.2 Federal Compliance: Omniversal Services are designed to comply with applicable federal government software requirements, including but not limited to data protection and privacy regulations.
7.3 No Cookies Policy: The Omniversal platform operates without the use of tracking cookies in accordance with our privacy-first approach.
7.4 Data Retention: User data is retained only as necessary for the provision of Services and in compliance with applicable laws.
The Omniversal platform utilizes various third-party resources in compliance with their respective licenses:
- Stock Images: Unsplash, Pexels (used under respective licenses)
- Icons: Lucide React, Font Awesome (MIT License)
- News Content: RSS feeds from various news providers displayed with attribution
- Video Conferencing: Jitsi Meet (Apache 2.0 License)
- AI Services: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI (used via API under commercial licenses)
All third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this platform are the property of their respective owners.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMNIVERSAL AND ITS SUBSIDIARY KRONOS CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
